Happy New Year!

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from all of us at Trilogy Golf Club at Rio Vista and nines American Cooking. We are more than excited for the new year, as we have high expectations for the best year ever here at Trilogy. 2007 brought with it several successes that will allow us to build on and improve even more in 2008.

Many of you attended our New Year's Eve bash at nines which received rave reviews from the members and guests in attendance. Over 150 of you celebrated 2007 and rang in 2008 with your friends and fellow Trilogy Members. It certainly was a fitting celebration to a great year of support from all of you.

Hopefully many of you were able to catch your favorite college teams playing in the end of the year bowl games. I am writing this blog before the National Championship game between LSU and Ohio State, so let me go on record in saying I hope LSU really gives it to the Buckeyes. Some of you may think I am an LSU fan, which I am not – I am a fan of whatever team is playing Ohio State!! Growing up in Louisville, Kentucky, Ohio State is not the most well liked team across the border in Kentucky, so go Bayou Tigers!!!

As I mentioned earlier, we are so very excited about the opportunities and possibilities we have going into 2008. We have held focus groups with many of you, conducted online surveys, and talked to several of our guests in passing, asking how we can better the experience for all of our members and guests. We look forward to taking the great ideas we have heard from you and bringing them to fruition in some capacity in the near future.

We are extremely excited to announce a new program for 2008, the Trilogy 10-Play book. The Trilogy 10-play book is a perfect program for those who want to play on a somewhat regular basis, but maybe are not ready to commit to the full time annual pass. We heard from you, our members, and created a package from which all can benefit.

Here are the parameters of the Trilogy 10-Play:

- The 10-Play costs $199, and can be redeemed for 10 rounds of golf
- Golf car is an additional $10 per person, per round if you choose to ride, however you can pre-pay for the golf car and pay only $90 additional ($289 total) to include the golf car when you play
- Tee times can be reserved 2 days in advance
- Black-out dates will be treated as above with the Weekday Annual Pass
- 10-Play Book is good for Monday – Friday anytime, Saturday & Sunday after 2:00pm. You can elect to play before 2:00pm on the weekends for an additional $10.00 per play.

In addition to the new 10 Play book, we are also looking forward to aligning with Jo Carmichael, Trilogy Fitness Director, in developing and implementing a golf-focused workout program for all of you golfers looking to find that extra 10 yards on your tee shot – or just looking to get in better shape and health. Our first fitness orientation will be held in mid February so please keep a look out for specific dates and times.

Nines American Cooking has launched an exciting new menu, the $9 lunch menu. The $9 lunch menu consists of nine items for only $9 – including your soda and tax!! That is right - lunch, soda, and tax – all for only 9 bucks! This menu has been a great hit amongst the members and guests thus far and we look for it to continue being very popular as more members and guests are made aware of it.

Well – if you are like me (and millions of others across the country) your new year’s resolution is to become healthier and get into better shape!! Hopefully this year I can make it past February!! Whatever your new year’s resolution is – the team at Trilogy is wishing you best wishes and a great, happy, healthy new year in 2008!
